Parker Ionics Equipment / Parts
Parker Ionics “Pulse Power” corona charging method delivers excellent transfer efficiency, superior powder penetration, and a high-quality finish without gun adjustment. The Pulse Power system rapidly pulses the charge to the external electrode, preventing a build-up of free ions and ensuring smoother powder transfer. This allows powder to reach recessed or Faraday Cage areas while minimizing back-ionization for a more even, consistent finish. Arizona Powder Supply offers Parker Ionics powder coating parts designed to maintain peak gun performance and reliability.

Powder Booth Filters
Many powder booths use a two-stage filtration system to ensure the air returned to the plant is as clean as possible.
Primary filters capture the majority of oversprayed powder for easy collection and reuse, while secondary filters remove any remaining particles before the air is exhausted back to the plant.
For non-production shops using up to 100 lbs of powder per week, Pocket Filter systems are ideal. The air passes through a pre-filter and a pocket filter, then the fan, and finally a third filter for total three-stage filtration.

Cartridge Filters
The primary filters knock down a majority of the over-sprayed powder for easy collection and reuse.

Final and Panel Filters
The secondary filters eliminate any particles that get through the primary filters before the booth air is exhausted back to the plant.
The final filter collects any particles escaping through or around the other filters and is often considered a safety filter. Filters are cleaned by manually vacuuming the filters.

Pocket and Pre Filters
The pre-filter, either in a frame or a rolled media, catches the largest particles. The pocket filter has a greater surface area due to the pocket design and collects the smaller micron particles passing through the pre-filter. Filters are cleaned by manually vacuuming the filters.

Blanket Filters
To be used in place of Pre-filters or where larger or unusual sized areas of filter coverage is needed.
Full rolls are 90′ long and come in a variety of widths.

Hoppers
Arizona Powder Supply offers a variety of powder coating hoppers, ranging from 50 lb hoppers to lab-style application cups.
When ordering, be sure to note the injector pump model you are using, as the appropriate pump adapter is included with your purchase.
50lb Hopper, Steel, Powder Coated
We carry a Black Powder Coated 50lb Hopper, similar to the GEMA/Wagner 50lb Hoppers. It can be setup and used with any Powder Coating system by selecting the appropriate Injector Pump Adapter. Please indicate in the order notes which Injector Pump you will be using.

Fluidizing Material
Arizona Powder offers superior quality fluidizing plate material in ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW PE), Also known as fluid bed plate, the product delivers uniform air distribution for diffusing, aerating and fluidizing materials.

Hoses and Tubing
Arizona Powder Supply offers a variety of powder coating hoses to meet your equipment needs. We carry straight vinyl, rubber, and the anti-static hoses (with a grounding wire embedded to prevent electrostatic buildup). Anti-static hoses also reduce powder buildup inside the hose and help eliminate sparks caused by powder friction.
In addition, we offer air hoses and tubing in multiple sizes and colors, as well as vent hoses for your hoppers in a range of diameters and lengths.

Powder Hose
Arizona Powder Supply offers replacement Powder Hoses in a variety of media. We offer straight vinyl, blue rubber and we also carry Anti-Static Hose (powder hose with a carbon grounding strip embedded in the hose) which prevents electro-static buildup in the hopper during powder coating. It also reduces the powder buildup inside the powder hose and helps to remove any spark phenomena created by powder friction.
Air Hose & Tubing
We also carry Air Hose/Tubing in many sizes and colors. Select your color, size and tubing length. Sold by the foot or by the roll (100′ and 500′ rolls available)
